Learn to play "Rockin' Robin" -- three-part arrangement

Your living space!

March 18, 7:30 EST – Learn to play a three-part arrangement of “Rockin’ Robin” along with two of your dulcimer friends! The song was written in 1958 by Leon René under the pseudonym Jimmie Thomas, but the copyright was never renewed. It was Bobby Day's biggest hit single, but most of us remember that Michael Jackson had an even bigger hit with it in 1972.

The three-part arrangement is for two standards and a bass. Participants will receive audio practice recordings that leave out one part to make practicing more fun and efficient.

The three-part tab is available on my website and must be purchased to take the class: https://elaineconger.com/product/565668 . This arrangement also appears in our Standard & Bass Duet Book, so if you have the book you already have this arrangement!

The event will take place online using Zoom, the free video conferencing platform. You will need a computer, iPad or smartphone equipped with a camera and microphone to attend the class. After you register, your email receipt will contain the Zoom link for the class. Simply click on that link a little before the appointed time to join the fun!
