Learn to play "The Impossible Dream" on the mountain dulcimer (repeat of 5-7-20)

Your living space!

7:30 Eastern Daylight Time -- Learn to play "The Impossible Dream," the inspirational song also called "The Quest" from the 1965 musical, "Man of La Mancha," by Joe Darion and Mitch Leigh. It's been covered by numerous artists, but the quintessential version in my book is by Robert Goulet. The dulcimer arrangement is in 9/8 and suitable for an intermediate player with a solid knowledge of chord shapes, 3-finger chords, and arpeggiated rhythms. Due to copyright restrictions, participants must first purchase an authorized copy of the tab from our Sheet Music Plus page for $4.99 https://www.sheetmusicplus.com/title/the-impossible-dream-digital-sheet-music/21703262 , then email a copy of the receipt to elainekconger@gmail.com before registering for the class.

No, I cannot sell you the tab directly without breaking the copyright law and our contract agreement with Sheet Music Plus who licenses the song and distributes the royalty fees to the composers and publishers.

The event will take place online using Zoom https://zoom.us/ , the free video conferencing platform. You will need a computer, iPad or smartphone equipped with a camera and microphone in order to attend the class.
